Paid Repairs

Paid Repairs

We can perform paid repairs on range of recreational vehicles. This could be internal cosmetic damage, external cosmetic damage, internal damp work, trim replacement, refresh work, and replacement parts. 

Currently, our paid repairs do not cover redesigns to the internal layout or external features. All of our repairs on your vehicle will be completed to the manufacturers standards, and come complete with a 6 month labor warranty.

We use genuine spare parts (where available); all of the parts, materials and sundries we use are new, and current - we do not fit refurbished, or used parts. On older vehicles, we may have to use alternative parts when the originals are no longer available, however these are mostly sourced from suppliers to the industry.

We have the following procedure for private repairs:

  • Send photos of the damage (not applicable if the vehicle is being inspected by a staff member)
  • Provide your home address, vehicle information, VIN number, phone numbers, and email address
  • Arrange a damp test (workshop booking to be made, if the repair is damp work)
  • We will email you the estimate (we'll always provide a copy for you to keep)
  • If you are happy with the estimate, we'll ask for a deposit (this is non-refundable and is usually the price of all parts quoted)
  • We will contact you when your parts are with us and make a booking for the repair
  • When you bring your vehicle in to us, we'll confirm the work being conducted (per the estimate) and we'll provide you with an estimated time of completion, however this can change as some jobs are hard to estimate a completion time.

Although we have booked you in, the date may be subject to change; this depends on our current workshop space - some jobs take longer than expected. 

We strongly advise customers not to book vacations when we have your vehicle for repair. The workshop is not liable for missed vacations should the vehicle not be ready for collection.

As with our insurance repairs, the repair will come complete with a non-transferable 6 month labor warranty (this is a back-to-base warranty). The 6 month warranty does not apply to ABS (plastic) repairs. You will be asked to sign a document and you will be provided a copy explaining this warranty in more detail.
If a customer provides parts, we will not provide the 6 month warranty - we'll only provide this on parts we have ordered.

We will not fit customer supplied safety parts under any circumstances.

All repairs will be completed at our workshop; we currently do not provide a mobile repair service.
